I installed the PCV on my 08 Ultra along with stage 1 air flter from Fuel Moto. Already had screaming eagle exhaust with XEID's. While the XEID's helped a little with the heat they really did nothing for performance. However, the PCV made a huge difference in a couple of areas:
1. Performance, it is like a new bike with the better throttle response all throughout the power band.
2. The reduction in the heat off the motor and the exhaust is the best part. No longer do I feel like I am riding a heat pump with the primary purpose of the bike to burn my right leg.
Yesterday I rode 400+ miles from L.A. to St. George, UT via Las Vegas, so straight accross the desert including stop and go traffic in Vegas (can't they fix the traffic in the town?). The heat off the engine was never a problem, even when stuck in the Vegas traffic. The bike now feels like my 1995 Dyna did when it comes to heat. A complete different experience, I now love this thing whereas before, I enjoyed it but the heat drove me crazy.
The map that came from Fuel Moto was spot on. If you want to get rid of the excess heat you should really consdier the PCV and stage 1 kit. It may make you enjoy your Harley as much as I now enjoy mine!
I can not wait to get the funds together to get this setup myself!!! Guess I should stop spending money on other bike stuff and just save huh??? Also wish I could ride to Vegas, I really NEED an extended trip to clear the cobs out.

Anyway, congrats!!!
Man, you took the words out of my mouth! I got a quote from Jamie a couple months back when I put the MO's on my bike, but I've been waiting to pull the trigger on the PCV and K&N since other "things" keep taking my money...
The heat off the right side is a PITA, so I'm probably going to have to do the PCV before too much longer.
