Hard to find a good vendor that really gets the idea of customer service. I just received my Jackpot mufflers and my PCV and one of the mufflers has 2 scratches in it and a couple of small pits in the chrome. It's minor but still they're brand new so they should be right.
I called Keith and explain the problem..."no problem we will ship another one out right away."
Now bear in mind, I've been waiting to hear what these puppies sound like now for a week.....so I decide to see if they live up to their reputation.
I say Keith..."I want to hear this bike run and I really don't want to wait for a new muffler, any problem if I install these mufflers and then when the new one comes I will pop it off and send it back?"
"No Problem. Sorry about the inconvenience."
No dicking around with shipping this one back first, no screwing around with oh no it must not be installed. They get it.
I love those guys. Their prices are great and their service is even better. I won't buy anything FI related anywhere else ever again.
