If you have a detachable backrest, you have to remove that to see the fill valve.

Just found it thanks for the help. Couldn't find it as the back rest was in the way.

I moved mine, having to take the bag off seems a little ridiculus.

On my 09 RK, I just have to open the left lid. No need to remove the bag.

I've used my compressor for years w no problem but there is always the first. I just hit it for a second.

I have the detachable backrest on the RKC and added one of those 3/4" or 1" extensions to the valve. Still have to remove saddle bag, but getting to the valve is a lot easier and don't have to dick with the back rest.
