I have the HD mount with a Zumo 550 where you use your existing M/C cradle with this mount. If your cradle is the same as the 550 (part #010-10859-00) then yes it will work.
The part number I got from my local guy was #92366-08, I'm hoping everything I need will be included to mount the GPS to the fairing.

That's the one I have mounted on my fairing. What came in the box for $55.00 Canadian was the mount, mounting hardware including gasket, template for drilling your fairing and the lousy HD instructions.
Like I said, you supply the cradle which I believe the 450 and 550 are one in the same. The part number I mentioned above is for the cradle from Garmin.
I like where it's mounted and can easily see the screen even in bright sunlight. Some vibration when idling but smooths out when the revs get up past 1500. The rubber cap is held out of the way at the bottom of the cradle with a built in magnet does block a small part of the view to the fuel gauge but not a big deal.
Fits '96-later Electra GlideŽ, Street GlideŽ and Tri Glide models. Does not fit with Road Tech XMŽ Satellite Radio P/N 76390-05A, '06-'09 CVO Electra GlideŽ models or models equipped with Fairing Dash Pad P/N 58628-05.
