White front turnsignals?

White front turnsignals?
Just saw these are new at Radiantz, are they legal? I live in NC...

I have got rid of the amber on the rear and would love to on the front as well but not sure if it is legal?

Cool, I always wanted to put small spot lights where the turn signals are on the road glide.
Has anyone converted the stock front signals to 35w or 55w running/turn lights that are on and then on/off when turning?
Can the stock wiring for the front turn signals handle that kind of load?
This would be pretty cool.
