Fluid change tips
09 Service Manual says 14-21 ft lbs, all three plugs.
Here is what I do and has worked well for me.
Lift, aluminum foil, gloves and Simple Green
Double up on the layers of the aluminum foil and mold to fit under the oil filter prior to removal. Makes much less of a mess!
Clean up any residual with diluted Simple Green and rinse off.
The rest is in the book. Very simple and allow for visual observation of other components as well to check!

I used to do the tin foil thing under the filter, but it just got to be a pain in the ***. All I do now is turn the filter until it just starts to drain. The stream is small enough that it doesn't really hit anything on its way down to the drain pan. Once it stops I turn it a little more. I do that until the filter is drained.
Yeah, I still get a little oil on stuff, but nowhere near as bad as just yanking the filter off and letting it slop everywhere. I much prefer this method to dealing with a piece of tin foil.

I have never used a torque wrench on any drain plug of any vehicle I have ever drained the fluids in. Run'em up finger tight , then a slight nudge with a wrench. BTW I always use a just a dab of teflon paste on the treads!
finished up yesterday with primary manual says 38-ounces but most guys in forum say 1-quart is enough?
