I was considering one, but if it drags I don’t want one. They say in the add it doesn’t effect cornering

That's alot of bike to put up on a center stand. Do that 10 times in the morning and you could cancel your membership to the gym.

When you use a center stand properly you use hardly any muscle. Stepping on the center stand lifts the bike up. You dont "lift" the bike up
I know it was no big deal on sport bikes I've owned in the past.
Also aware that it is more technique than brute force.
But 10 times in the morning is more excercise than I get.
Except pelvic thrusts. (not 10 times...just 10 pelvic thrusts[:@])
No 2 pump chump here

thats more exercise then I get all YEAR!!!!!

I have had one on several of my bikes going back many years. I like them to keep garage space at minimum as opposed to leaning on the sidestand. And I think they look better straight up on "display". I have never dragged mine but then I guess I am not an aggressive rider.

It is especially useful at the car wash. But when I get my oilcooler, I will be giving it up.[:-]

I'm not sure what model this is but it mounts in front of the jiffy stand and bolts on in the same spot as the crash bars. I've looked at a few models on line that attach back farther and would probably not scrape.

I've got the HD center stand or as they call it Display Stand. It drags on the left side the odd time but, it's just the hinge mounted toe piece that scrapes. The hinge lets the thing pivot up when you scrap. It's real easy to put the bike on the stand from the driver seat, no lifting or pushing down like most japanese type center stands. Man, I love mine and wouldn't want to give it up.
