Laid it down and walked away from it
Well it happened. I went around a turn I've gone around a hundred times as a kid in cars and even motorcycles and I laid my 04 Ultra down. Unfortunately, or fortunately, a Hyundai broke my skid and kept me from going off the side of a mountain. However, it drove the front wheel up under the frame and bent the frame scattering parts all over the country road. I walked into the ambulance and walked out of the hospital on my own power. My newly refurbished MCC seat was not scratched, nor my Capn Itch cupholder, nor my $13.00 Sam's Club jeans. I have several bad bruises on my right shin and a nick on my left index finger and a patch about the size of a half dollar skint on my helmet. No serious injuries to the occupants of the car; an older man and his wife. He used to ride motorcycles too I rode 300 miles and 2 miles from my endpoint, I wreck. I thank the good Lord I'm alive and chatting with y'all.
I'm glad your ok man. Happen's to the best of us. 2004, bent frame, my guess it's totaled. Timing wasn't bad however, 2010's are right around the corner. take care of yourself, Rich
Sometimes the familiar is more dangerous than the new. I feel for you, horrible thing to happen, but you walked away and looks like you will have new ride to help ease the pain. Good luck.

Bent frame probably totaled.
The gusset where the frame meets up at the fork tube was buckled on both sides.
All I did to the Hyundai was drive the driver side front tire up into the quarter panel and bend the "A" pillar and scatter assorted plastic parts all over.
Thanks y'all. You know what it means to hear your bike tumbling down the road behind you. Sux.
