I added a CB to my '08 Street Glide, and I'm not happy with the way the console pod looks (where the CB plugs in on the tank). Does anyone have any ideas for making this area look better? Is the Screamin' Eagle Ultra Classic the same console? If not, does anyone have a picture/part no. for that console?
thanks ddwyer, I really ment that I needed a pic of it.. been considering that thing for a while now....
would this thing be better?
I believe it is the cvo one... which... If I remember right is shorter console... and the cvo seat rides up the tank a bit more... (could be wrong) and again the only one listed shows it doesnt fit the 08... didnt the 07s have the same tank as the 08s? and 09s are different?
better looking than this one (hehe)

No, the CVO UC's console is the same design, but all chromed. It looks much sharper. A dealer parts counter should be able to look up the P/N for you. Unless it's a "controlled" part - HD will only let you get certain parts if you include the VIN, I guess to ensure that you're ordering a replacement part for your CVO and not building a clone of a "limited edition" bike.
