So Im running tru duals with my bike. I love the look and sound but am thinking about switching over to 2/1 plus a falsee to get the rest out of my build. What do you guys recommend or if I do switch should i just go old realiable thunder header.

I think a FatCat or Bassani is a better choice.
No scientific data to back my claim, just my thoughts.

I´m running Thunderheaders 2in1 with the left falsee pipe.

Love the sound and performance!

I've got thunderheaders on both of mine. Most 2 into 1 systems seem to be within a few HP/TQ of eachother so it depends what you're looking to do. As the ad says...nothing looks or sounds like a TH. Another plus for me is that with the TH there is no exhaust packing to burn out. 60,000 miles later and my baby still sounds the same.

I'm on my second Harley.... and on my second Thunderheader. As you can tell...my vote is for the Thunderheader Sounds great and gives you great torque. If it were me, I would save the weight and skip the false side pipe.

I also have 2/1 TH, but fixing to change to 2/1 Supertrap because the TH are so load. Don't get me wrong, I love the sound, but on long trips even with ear plugs, it gets old after a while.

If a person were to switch from a system with Rush slip-ons to a 2 into 1 (I have a S/E A/C and a SEST) would there be the need to re-tune the bike?

I'm seriously contemplating going from a rinehart td to a rinehart 2 into 1.
