2004 flhpi

Have 04 cop bike, 23,000 viberates (ENGINE) I replaced front engine mount. It WAS OK at first, now vibs handle bars when idling @ at lower speeds. I first tried a $ 20. Drag one, that was worse. Now I have the Newest OEM one. I have Rush exhaust on,with no ign up grades, I am now thinking of taking exhaust off and trying oem again?

if you overtighten the thru bolt in the front mount excessive vibration can occur. i had same problem on my 01. only tighten the nut to where it just makes contact with the mount.

Harleys Vibrate?!!!!

Your gonna get some bar and frame vibration at idle and low speed but excessive motor shake at idle is not necessary. I use a velva ride front mount and it seems to work good for me. It's never gonna be goldwing smooth though.
