Default Windshield T-Bag

I picked up one of those 3 pocket windshield bags, by T-Bags.

Right on the box is a sticker that says not to use on a clear windshield.

Why on earth would that be?

Thanks.

Scratches / Abrasion on the inside of the shield ??
The HD pouch (I paid way to much for) came with a clear piece of vinyl to stick on the inside of the shield prior to installation. It's still gonna look like chit in 5,000 miles.
