Gas mileage doesn't seem to be hurt much at all. Hardly noticeable, I would say. After a few miles and longer rides on it, on a couple occasions after it's hot, the throttle seems a little sluggish on the pickup, but clears up quickly. May need to tweek it a little at 0 throttle or something. Otherwise, the bike runs MUCH cooler, still seems to have a little more power, and love to hear the throttle body open up and suck in the air when you crack it open!
Let us know if your gas mileage has changed with the PC-V installed.
Mines worst - but it's a richer map, which is why it works.
With the AutoTune set-up you can have two maps set-up. One of them being the base map (for mileage), and the other (power) which is the base map modified with trim values in the Auto Tune. The PC-V provides inputs for a plain old on/off switch which you can hook-up somewhere on your bike. You just switch between the set-ups when you want either mode. Pretty cool, eh?
I'm not running this way, I got the A/Tune because I plan to add performance options as I grow with the bike - 2-1 exhaust, cams, displacement and it adjusts to all variables.
