I don't know why but I am constanly looking for something that I can add to my bike that will make it better. My wife thinks I am nuts and can't understand why I just can't be happy with what I have. I am very happy with what I have, I just feel like there could be something else that I can add that would make me happier.
Does this make sense? Is this just me? Does anyone come on here just hoping to read about this "wonder product" that has just came out?
I love riding. Too much actually. I have now logged 21,000 miles in 13 months plus another 19,000 miles on my truck. I got back from my one man vacation, (ride to Nashville, then to Key West) and I am already planning my next big ride next year.
I hope I am not the only one that has the bug. They say when you come to realize you have a problem, only then can you find a solution. The problem is, I love my problem.
Ya the problem is well known and usually can not be cured
The only thing that stops me from going crazy and spending all of my money is I usually like to see it on another bike first to see what it will look like. I have save many $$$ realizing that I don't like the looks of it after all. Other times you just know it will look good and you gotta have it!!!
I too am a self admitted latest/greatest/newest/coolest addict. Just can't stop. Getting nervous since I'm almost maxed out of ideas!!! Need another fix SOON!!!
We used to call this a "CHROME QUEST". It happens the instant you buy your HD and there is NO cure........it is much like The Borg.......resistance is futile. You WILL be assimilated!
Sadly, it multiplies into additional models in time...........one Harley is not enough. I have one diseased friend that owns FOUR.
GLAD to hear its not just me with this same problem
My wife also thinks I have lost my mind and keeps telling me I BEST water the money tree abit more in the backyard at this rate [8D]
