Rotors are warped.You cant turn them but i have straitened mine a couple of times by attaching a homemade pointer indicator to the forks and watching the runout on the rotor by spinning the wheel and very lightly with a rubber mallet tapping the rotor back to true.

did you run into something, or would anyone have intentionally kicked the side of your rotor? just curious. you should be able to find take offs from someone who's gone to the chrome centered ones. with the 07 though, it's pre brembo calipers, so they'd have to come from 07 or earlier.

Smells like warped rotors, did you hit the front brakes hard? I hit them hard stopping at a red light and didn't release the lever until the light turned green and they pulsed the rest of the day. Rotors are not cheap but changing them out fixed my problem, good luck.

Have you added fluid lately or checked it....May have let air in the system???? Just a thought...I did and then bled the system and it went away.

No it's rotors,it's a stock Harley thing.Mine has had warped rotors for almost 2 years now,no biggie.If the front brake pads ever start to wear I will replace the whole deal.At 30,000 I replaced the rear pads just because,they were not worn much.
