@Mongo1958 , think it was Phat Performance that used to make a fake kick start that actuated the starter motor while the lever was going down, so you could look like you were kicking the engine over while actually using the starter motor. Never saw one in the wild, that I know of.

To me they are fake. Why be fake? Why spend money and add weight to your bike? In contradiction, I am ok with fake *****. But that is about it.

I would rather get caught with my best friends fat wife, than with one of those.

Wow! that is so strange in my opinion. That is like the fake Cell Phone antennas back in the 80's that some people put on their cars to make it look like they had a cell phone. LOL.
