Just worked 36 hours of overtime and looking to do some things to the bike, heres the wish list help me decide:
1. set of monster ovals slip ons, V&H fuel Pak & Ness big sucker
2. Inner primary cover, tappet cover, starter cover, transmission cover, both front and rear cylinder base covers from Kuryakyn
I know its up to me in the end but looks or sound its a tough choice.... actually i kppe seeing that guys here are bot real happy after they put the monster ovals on.
My vote goes for performance over looks. Then again, I haven't really been one to add all the chrome doo-dah's to my ride. Chrome inners and all that look nice, no question. I just prefer the black/chrome contrast on mine. JMHO.
Look at it this way your going to end up with all of it eventually. So knock off the pipes first biggest expense that has to be done all together. Then add a piece here and there as the funds are there. Tappet cover one shot, base cover later... etc....
