Anyone dealt with this company? I ordered a hitch beginning of may and wnat to find if it has been shipped.I have no tracking number just a receipt number. I have sent two e-mails and no response to either . So looking for feedback from folks who have dealt with them.
I would search for a location and find a phone number to call them. Unfortunately in this industry as many others there is a lot of poor customer service, and there are a few scammers. I have not done business with them. I would also recommend filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. It is possible they had to fab the part if they were out of stock, but hey, a little communication goes a long way.

I have bought a couple of things from them and had a great experience. Fast shipper and no problems.
It says to get a tracing number go to your Pay Pal account:
Note: Our customers can also obtain shipment/tracking status by going to their Paypal accounts and viewing the transaction details.
Problem resolved thanks to paypal inquiry. Had to cancel order due to delay in shipping. I wish they would have responded without paypal but thats life. Thanks for responses
I have ordered several times. My experience was slow shipping. Also ordered a Hidden Antenna. Don't do it. doesn't work. The company just refused a return due to it being an electrical part. (that is pretty much standard in industry) Then I ordered another electrical part for a handle bar controler for an aftermarket sony radio. That had a problem. The volume control didn't work. And again no return. I purchased one on e bay. No problem. I guess you can't blame this Co. However their customer service stinks.
