I had installed on my 08 RK.Didn't really think I would use it but was I wrong.I use it all the time on open road.Sure is a great and won't be without it now.

Best option i have with my backrest...I had it put on my bike before it left the dealer when i bought it...

Yes it can be installed on the SG expect the cost to actually be closer to $500 installed. Keep in mind you will have to purchase module and change the switch housing as well along with the labor you will be looking at a 5 spot.

I installed cruse on my 2008 SG. PN:77196-08. 20% off at Chicago HD.
The kit consists of the right hand controls, and a switch that gets installed in the fairing cap, next to the accessory switch. With the service manual the install is not hard. Once installed, you will have to bring the bike to a dealer to have the cruse activated.
