I had no trade and paid 18,588 for my 09 SG....security, cruise and ABS. So the trade sounds good...but the dealer isn't losing anything...trust me.

HMMM! Maybe not so good! This one only has cruise! No ABS, no security!! Price on the floor was $19,700! So by my count they are getting $1300.00 for tax,title, setup, handling and whatever!!

18588 did not include that....out the door was 19300. Bike was nearly 22k MSRP.

I would shop a few other dealers to see what they can offer you. They seem a tab bit high on the cost of the 09 SG, price seems far on the trade for yours. The 2010's are in, and I am sure they would like to move the 09's out.

I'm sorry but that bike would not be worth 12k on a trade in value. You would being doing good to get that price on the retail market these days.

That is what I was about to write. Check out eBay - if you got that much out of that bike, it would probably take awhile to sell.

I have a 06 heritage standard, carbed, 17,000 miles. Has a few add ons mostly bling , nothing big just kinda shiny stuff! Motor is a 88 bone stock! Has Rush slip ons! Offered $12,000 and 20% off on parts for the 09 SG I want!! Would ya go for it??? Sticker on it was $15,400 when I bought it!!
