You know, I would love to have a new Ultra just because it would be new. However, I don't think that it would make me enjoy riding any more than I do now. JMO
I went from an '05 Ultra ( got rear ended) to an '09 Ultra, worlds of difference. More stable, smoother, less vibaration, I believe it even handles better.
Next time I'm on my buddys 09 I'll look for some really rough curvy roads, how far over the speed limit do I need to be before I'll notice a difference?

Dude, you're making me laugh. Does it bother you to hear people rave about their 09s?
09's are old, the 10's are out. If I wanted a '10 I'd go get it!
You ought to think about it. Another unmentioned improvement is that the gear ratio on the new bikes are much better.
Daily I walk right past my 07 SG and head to one of my (2) 09's. The bikes may look the same but call me crazy, I'm riding the better of the three. The 09 Ultra or the 09 SG.
I'd get rid of the 07 but no one wants the older frame. Makes sense...

The "vibration" has always been a favorable Harley trait, going back to when they were not rubber mounted. Its OK but I think they lose a bit of character and soul by taking it out.
