I guess this is MS's new search engine and it seems to highlight certain words or phrases in some posts. It automatically brings up search results as soon as your cursor passes over one of the highlighted words. It is truly annoying and I am not sure how it got turned on or if it just a default a now.
i heard there is a new search engine bing, is that what you're referring to? hmm. i stay away from accepting anything in here that i'm not familiar with. i had a salesgal tell me about bing the new search engine a month or so ago, and paid no attention to it. so far, no bings around here. surely there is a way to turn it off if that's what you're referring to.
You can probably defeat it within your browser, although that may have ill effects on the way pictures and pages render ?

Sounds like vibrant in-text advertising. You can disable it by clicking on the ? mark on upper right hand corner then click disable
