It is a tough choice -- I have a Road King (Police) but I also have one friend w/ an '06 Street Glide (very nice) and a couple friends w/ Ultras. I am obviously partial to RKs, but my buddy went from an RK to a SG & says its the best bike he's owned. Good luck w/ your decision.

I know what you're going through since I recently went through the same thing myself. I love the look of all three bikes but ended up with an SG. I've rented an EGC (which is more or less an Ultra w/o lower fairings and cruise control) a couple of times. I didn't like riding it as much as I do my SG but my SO loved it. While beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I find the SG to be the best looking bike H-D makes. The Ultra, even lowered and without a Tour-Pak, will not look as sleek. If comfort is the first requirement, the Ultra rules. For looks, I like the SG. I've added cruise control, Sundowner, backrest, passenger footboards and still the SO isn't happy on longer rides so take that for what it's worth. I know people rave about the RG ride but I'm not nuts about the sharknose fairing. The RKs are cool but I need my music.
