If by up you mean forward, HD makes a kit to move them forward an inch or so. Part #50409-04. You might also consider a kit to move them out 1" (Soos or Harley-Goodies) and an extended rear brake lever.
Kuryakin excuse the spelling makes a kit that moves them forward 1" and out 1". Have them on my 09 SG & love them. Its amazing how 1" can make a difference. You won't regret putting on extensions. Safe riding!
Mine are out 3/4" and forward around an inch. I used the Soos extension and the HD extended reach floorbaord someone metioned earlier. I am pretty happy with this set up. I like the HD part for moving them forward because it isn't a bracket, its completely different floor board pans, with the mounting points moved further back on the boards
