Default Newbie needs help!!!
Hello all. New to the touring family. I just traded an '05 Super Glide for a '04 Electro Glide Classic. What a bike!!!
I am putting on the quick detach kits for the tour pak and I need to know can the front and rear detach kits be installed with license plate/light kit #68230-97B? This kit was on the bike when i bought it.
I like the additional lights but it doesnt appear the kits will fit. Thanks for any help...

Based on the pics on the HD site it looks like it may conflict with the rear part of the tour pack docking kit. It doesn't say that it won't work though?? I intsalled the detach kit on my 06 Ultra but never had this light.

Thanks for the reply. The pics are what I am basing my thoughts on too. I really like the lights for visabilty but I am just trying to be prepared what to expect on this mod.

Based upon the last statement in the general comments of the instruction sheet, I would say no to detachable fitment. It states "permanent"
