sundowner seat
bought a sundowner for my 05 flhr and it doesen't fit tight up to the tank like the stock seat did. you can also see the opening on the end of the console, is this normal? i love the seat but dont like the gaps around the console and tank.

You could loosen the two screws that hold the console down and see if you can slip it a little closer to the front of the seat.
Others have bent the tang on the seat to allow it to slide forward a little more. If you have to push the seat forward a fuzz to get the hold down screw into the fender, then you probably can afford to bend that front tang down a little and close the gap.
