You're in some of the best riding areas in the country. Stop buy a Harley shop and pick up South Central Texas map that is made for motorcyclists. All the shops seem to have them at the parts counter. That list every farm road, ranch road and back road in the whole area. Have fun.

You might as well hit Gruene HD in New Braunfels while you are there. It is on 46 North about 250 yards south of the Guadalupe river bridge. From Landa Park , take Common St. east to 46, hang a left, as the four lane narrows to two, look for the driveway on the right. Enjoy your trip, and elcome to the Land of Milk and Honey. Ohh, if you need something for the ladies to do while you're off on the long ride. On IH-35 between New Braunfels and San Marcos, is a monsterous Outlet Mall.

Yeah, that part of the country is road kill USA. There are so many deer around Wimberly, wife and I were amazed. Don't forget Schlitterbaun water park also.

yea the water park is what she wants to do... i looked it up...$60 to get in WTF thats crazy..we are going to sit down friday night and map out a "negotiated route" i'll get them toasted. then they will agree to anything..lol

i'm here on the comal havin a blast..
hwy 35 to central HD sucked @ 3pm today. trafic blows here.
made it over to Grune HD guys were great there.
runnin the devils back bone tomorrow morning thru Knibbe road and back thru sattler. been riding till noon and floating the comal the rest of the day. i''l give ya an update when i can guys...
