I bot. a 92 Sportster with a salvage title because it was too cheap to pass up. No problems. I was told Harley's were in such a high demand for rebuild that they almost never destroyed them.

I have 2 touring HD's right now with Georgia rebuilt titles.

I have sold a few. They are usually a tough sell because the stigma attached to a rebuilt title. Banks are the only one who care. Sometimes the won't loan on a rebuilt bike.

I look for cash customers.

This is a 06 RG with less than 4K miles.

I also have a 07 blue and silver Ultra with 10K miles.

I don't know what the IL inspection rules are.
