What will Just adding Jackpots on a 09 Street Glide do for HP & TQ???
I want to say it was around +5 in each, if you search back or call fuelmoto they can tell you. Before the PCV came out Jamie did a test with just the pipes and no A/C or computer change and had the Dyno Sheet posted on his website. Just checked and that one is not there anymore.
I love my Jackpots, doing the whole package is the way to go in the long run. Runs cooler, more power and better gas mileage.
Yeah, I am going to end up getting the full power package from FuelMoto as well. Just waiting for the new, better Jackpots to come out next month. I do wish he would make a Jackpot in an Oval like the Monster Ovals but I do not think that is going to happen or at least a rolled edge end cap so they do not look just like stock.
Thanks,,, If I also add a SE Air Cleaner with no Download or PC-V ,,, Will I get more than 4-5 HP/TQ ??
I would not recommend adding the air cleaner along with the slip ons without retuning the EFI. The stock EFI is calibrated very lean, the entire closed loop target AFR is 14.6:1 and this can easily skew in the 15.0.1 range very easily. While the stock O2 sensors will provide feedback to keep the AFR within the target of 14.6:1, the strategy is there to keep the mixture within EPA mandations with the stock components. If you change just the mufflers or just the air cleaner you will generally be ok, although still lean due to the EPA regulated closed loop. If you change both the mufflers and AC the fuel requirements are outside of what the ECM can adjust. This is expecially dangerous becuase if it cannot provide enough fuel to keep the mixure at 14.6 it will be even leaner, causing driveabilty, heat and performance problems or in extreme cases engine damage. For this reason, EFI tuning is some of the best money you can spend on these bike. Along with better perfomance and throttle response you will see much cooler running.
