I was considering powder coating my front forks and sliders black. But would really like to match my black pearl paint. Can they be painted? I know it won't be as durable but Im willing to sacrifice that. Thanks for any input
You can paint them right on the bike. Its best to take your front wheel off, but anything be painted. Just be sure to scuff it up good, and put on a good etching primer so it will all stick, or some adhesion promoter.
Powder coating is best,.. but you have to take your forks off your machine, and break them all down and have them super super clean.
