Interesting that I come across this post here and check my email inbox and see no emails regarding this. With a thead titled "Fuel Moto Customer Service Test" it immediately puts us in the spotlight before we even have a chance to look into the situation. Please send me an email to jamie@fuelmotousa.com with your name and information and first thing tomorrow morning I will need to check with whoever took your order, see what was ordered, see what part number the distributor shipped, and what parts were dispatched. We will obviously take care of getting this corrected in the least possible time and apoligize for any inconvienience. Please let me know and we will take care of this.
My bike is stock but I have followed the threads about Fuelmoto and even sent an email once and all I can say is that they seem first rate. The vast majority of posts are positive and I have yet to see a post go unanswered, just my 2 cents.
I understand that its like expecting santa to bring a new bike and getting underwear when an order is wrong but I would always contact the vendor first and give them an opportunity to make it right. We all make mistakes.
Now go rescue a cat out of a tree or something!!!!
Ok - let's start with this one! I'll give you the stock answer I give everyone who asks about getting cats out of trees -
"Have you ever seen a cat skeleton in a tree? When it gets hungry, it will come down."

You're exactly right. It was my mistake for posting here before I spoke with Jamie...
Here is an update on this order. What I have on the original order is the V&H Bigshots, Fuel Moto Stage 1 air cleaner (silver, not chrome) and Power Commander V, so according to our order you were shipped the correct items that were ordered. I can only speculate that if you ordered V&H Bigshots it was interpreted as the more common Bigshot "long" instead of the "duals" for which I apoligize. The order also shows a standard silver air cleaner as well and note both the exhaust and AC were priced correctly for the items shipped. Note, the chrome AC is $30.00 more and the Bigshot duals are $38.00 more than the 'longs". Regardless, looking at this situation we will get the Bigshot "duals" on the way to you along with a chrome AC backing plate, we will also absorb the difference in price and shipping charges and will provide a pre-paid UPS return tag for return shipping of your items. You should see the package tuesday. Thank you for your patience and I again apoligize for any inconvience this has caused. I have also emailed you this information and if you have any questions feel free to contact me at 877-729-4754 or jamie@fuelmotousa.com
