I am sure they will. Jamie is all about customer service. I do think you should have waited to put all this out there until you contacted them though.....the supporting vendors help keep this site running
I mean, what kinda buisness would open for a single customer on a Saturday to do a dyno for a flat fee, throw in a couple shirts, talk the customer out of a new set of pipes, and take a ton of time to explain all the steps as he did them?
Hard to believe he can keep the doors open!
In all seriousness, I am sure they will do right by you. Jamie and the crew are top shelf for service.
I'm sure they will too! It's just that there's nothing like getting all excited because your new goodies got dropped off, only to have your bubble burst when you see that just about everything is wrong.
I've read PLENTY here before ordering and the reason I went with FM is because of the comments left here regarding they way they operate.
I'll fill you all in after I talk to them tomorrow.
Jamie is top notch. Everytime I have called and had any question he always takes the time to make sure he answers everything. I bought an 2-1 not long ago and he really trys to lead you in the right direction. He will make it right. Everybody here that has dealt with him will stake their reputation on that.
Interesting that I come across this post here and check my email inbox and see no emails regarding this. With a thead titled "Fuel Moto Customer Service Test" it immediately puts us in the spotlight before we even have a chance to look into the situation. Please send me an email to jamie@fuelmotousa.com with your name and information and first thing tomorrow morning I will need to check with whoever took your order, see what was ordered, see what part number the distributor shipped, and what parts were dispatched. We will obviously take care of getting this corrected in the least possible time and apoligize for any inconvienience. Please let me know and we will take care of this.
