Man, I can't believe your troubles. That really sucks. I'm on my third Harley and have had zero problems. Hate to see you jump ship to another brand but I guess I would too with that kind of experience. Just know that is not usually the norm. Good luck. Like someone else suggested, have you considered trading for another Harley? Hopefully the dealer would give you a good trade and your new bike would be problem free. Keep us posted.

Now having stated all that anyone have any experience with lemon law / buy back and harley davidson? I am in Ohio.
Whoa, never heard of having that many problems on a new bike before. Have You talked with MOCO Customer Service about getting the bike replaced?
first see if you can get a better dealer to work with you.
Also make sure each item listed is on a dealers repair order.
Make copies and contact HD for a reference number and ask them direct to help you out.
(good luck on that).
Many lawyers won't do lemon law (sic) as not enough money in it.
Download a copy of the Moss Magnuson act and study it.
You can file your own papers in court using it. Get somebody to help you write it up.
Be sure to supply all the evidence you will need and more.
Now if you win any one part of your case, HD has to reimburse you for all expenses.
HD will fight you and drag it out, knowing 9 in 10 people will give up and quit.
subpoena all documents from HD concerning your bike.
It took me two years, but I fought HD myself this way, and I won one item.
They had to pay me. Then I filed an appeal on the balance.
I presented all evidence at first hearing and reused it for 2nd, and used their own arguments against them.
They did not present evidence at first hearing, so they could NOT present any at 2nd.
Their lawyer contacted me and settled out of court. If they had gone to court and lost a 2nd time, they could have lost $100,000's, because precedent would of been set and anybody could of won off my case. HD plays the odds!
Also HD has to come to you for court. You can file it in your home county!
Well HD started jerking me around so I got a lawyer.
Well.... Good Luck. Those who I know, that had problems with their bikes (Small compared to Your's) had no trouble with MOCO, on getting thier problems fixed. Again Good Luck!!!!!!

The last time I talk to them they said they have no further way to resolve my issues. I doubt it will go to court and I hope the rep no longer has a job I have bought 4 HD's since 2006.
Lawyer says bike qualifies under OH lemon law, question now is do I want new replacement or money back?
Sorry about all the problems you are having. If you like Harley's, I would try another bike. I bought the same bike as your's 12 month's ago and have had absolutely no issue's whatsoever mechanically. I had problems with the front 407F tire, but Harley replaced both front and rear under warranty.
I think you just got unlucky with a lemon. That happen's in everything you buy today. I think overall Harley makes excellent bikes. Good luck!!
I had my 08 in shops 12 times. 13 times by the time deal was made. I brought all my documentation to my service manager as per his request. He then talked to district manager and 3 weeks later they HD offered to buy bike back at MSRP when I bought it. I bought a 2010 Limited and it cost me $800.
I'm not sure why your deal has went South but I will say I remained calm and did not threaten to get a lawyer.
I did tell customer service that if I had one more problem I would sell bike and walk away from HD. They told me that HD would not buy bike back unless it went through court. I told them it wasn't worth it to me. I would just sell bike and every HD item I have.
