Wheeldock
An added bonus -- The coating is much nicer than I expected.
I had one on my '08 and used it everyday in the garage.
However when I traded for an '09 I sold it and never bought another one. The only time I have ever dropped my bike was when I was trying to use it (enough said).
Warning:
Don't use it straddling the seat. Stand beside the bike and use your right foot on the push bar.
Don't park on an uphill incline when you are around other people, unless you want laughed at. Because the rear wheel will only spin and the damn bike is to heavy to push off going uphill.
Don't park on a down hill slope, or it will roll off the stand by itself.
Don't push on the back of the bike when it is sitting in your garage to put the Tour Pak on, or it will roll off the stand by itself.
Other than those situations, it's a nice product. If you use a flat level ground and don't touch the bike, you will love it.
For cleaning and screwing around with the tires I would recommend a jack (a Red Sears Jack is only $70).
But for a "saving space in the garage" it would work.

The Wheeldock centerstand is easy as pie to get your bike up on. And easy to roll off - IF you purchase the correct unit for your bike!
But it doesnt take the place of a lift.
In my case, the trade off is worth it (so far) but I can certainly understand RKK's decision to sell the centerstand. I'd probably make the same choice if the roads around here were as he describes.
Good luck & Ride Safe,
