Trip to Pismo Beach
Me and my wife well be celebrating 8 years of marriage and live near Sacramento. Other than a trip to Street Vibrations, weve actually havent done a long trip. I know Pismo is not long to a lot of you guys out there, but with us havin a 4 year old and a 20 month old, we dont have a whole lot of time other than a weekend jam. So this year we decided to jam out to Pismo on the Street Glide. The Reno trip was just out of the blue, and we just decided to grab clothes and head out. We had trouble, since the tour pack was a mess and both bags were full of leather gear and a big **** purse.....dont ask. So, this year, were thinking kinda ahead. I dont have or planning on purchasing a gps, but i will have my iphone that does have a built in gps in it. Anyone know of a good way to head down that way? And any other advice? Thanks!!!

If you're looking for a beautiful ride get on PCH 1 at Monterey and head down through Big Sur. Gas up at Carmel, not too many stations past that. 1 will take you all the way to Pismo through Cambria and Morro Bay...
