Default Chrome front end kit
Just wondering how big of a job it is to install a chrome front end kit on my 09 SG ( part #46371-08). Any special tools needed etc.

It`s not that bad of a job. You`ll need snap ring pliers and might need to have an air or electric impact wrench to remove the bolts at the bottom of the leg that fasten to the plunger. Get a repair manual and beware of spring pressure when removing the top bolts at the triple trees. Then you`l need something to install the seals (socket or PVC pipe) Everybody needs to change the ugly lower legs due to H.D.`s not finishing them by the fender mount lugs.
