Default Need instruction sheet for Chrome Front Kit

I am thinking about doing the job myself on a 2012 Ultra. I ordered the Kit # HD 45800034 but I would like to see the instruction sheet before it arrives so I get all the parts and tools I need. I have the service manual.

If anyone knows where I can download the sheets or a link, it would be a great help.

Also I am looking at buying a Fork seal/ Bushing tool HD 34634 but some posts say I need only a 1.5 inch PVC tube ???

Thanks for all help as always Ride Safe JIM

I just put these on my bike this winter along with the HD premium cartridge kit. I hate having anyone else do work on my bike, but with the tools needed for the job (I needed some more tools than just the seal installer because of the cartridge kit), I decided to just remove my forks and take them into a dealer here in the Denver area and have them put the new cartridges in the chrome tubes. Then i just reinstalled them on the bike on my lift in the garage. This way i didn't need to buy or find someplace to rent the tools to measure the oil, the seal installers, spring compressors, etc... They only charged me 1 hour labor, so i came out way ahead with tracking them down or making them myself. I looked on the website and they don't have a PDF link for the instructions on these. I have the instruction sheet at home and can get that scanned and email it to you if you need (maybe you can do attachments with a PM...not sure)

Thanks,

Scott

I think the shop manual would cover what you need.

Hey Guys....try this. Go to the Harley site under parts. Look for the accessory yourrinterested in. Under the picture of the part are 4or 5 tabs. One is more info....click on that and youwill find a pdf file....click to open and you will find the instructions for that accessory. Print or view...your choice.

I've done a ton of forks and never needed a fork seal driver. I just use a long piece of PVC pipe cut in half then tap the top with a mallet wile working around the seal.
