Default Tour Pack Quick release install

Hi, newbie here and my first (of many I'm sure)post in this section. I'm from Bangor, ME and I bought a '09 Electra Glide Classic, and still own/ride a Suzuki Hayabusa.

I ordered a quick release for my tour pack, and I'm wondering how difficult it is to install. Anyone have any tips or tricks that will help?

Enjoy the site and hope to learn alot from ya!

Thanks,
Mental

It is a pretty easy install...The one thing I would recommend is to install the docking hardware on the bike only finger tight. Once you have the the rack installed on the tour pak mount it on the bike then tighten up the docking hardware for proper fitment.

+1 on Road Rangers advice. It is pretty straight forward. Congrats on your new scoot and welcome to the Dark Side.

The installation is easy. You may have to bend the brackets a bit to get the locks to fit onto the docking kit properly. They should rotate easily. If they bind, you may have to carefully spread or squeeze the side brackets on the tour pak mount.
