Default Started my engine upgrade to my 2010 SEUC...Thoughts?

I pulled the trigger on starting the build of my 2010 FLHTCUSE5. Dealer offered me 20% off on all parts they supplied in the upgrade and a discounted labor rate. Since they are doing the work and its been less than 60 days since I bought the bike, they will extend a discounted price for the extended warranty and cover all their work under the 5 years of the extended warranty.

Here's some of the basics I'm having done:

The engine work:

- Heads, rocker boxes and covers removed and shipped to Hillside Cycles to be setup for Woods 408 cam
- Exhaust header removed and sent to Fullsac to have the catalytic converter removed
- Install SE 58 mm TBW throttlebody
- Install larger injectors (5.3 gms/sec)
- Install roller rockers
- Install adj. pushrods
- Install Ventilator A/C
- Install and dyno tune with Pro Super Tuner
- Reassemble engine with chrome bolts
- Replace stock baffles with Fullsac 2.25" (I've already made the baffles removeable so this is just a few minute swap before going to the dyno)

Non-Engine work:

- Removing rear amp and overlay harness
- Installing detach kit for tourpak
- Installing Biketronics Titan amp and 6.5" Titan XL speakers up front
- Install chrome inner primary
- Install chrome switches
- Install windshield LED trim bar

I'd be interested in any feedback on the type of performance I might expect or feedback from others that might have done a similar build with a 2009 110" engine. Thoughts?

Here's a less-than-sharp phone camera pic of the bike disassembled

I think with those mods you will get a moderate bump in numbers but if I was you I would have some head work done while they are already off. Port/Polish will get you some good gains and that is only a couple of hours of labor. It is easier to do it now while it's apart instead of later on.

Actually the head work by Hillside is rather extensive including new valves, larger exhaust port, new guides, compression change to 10.7, etc. So hopefully the combination of headwork plus Woods 408-6 cam plus larger throttlebody plus larger injectors plus roller rockers plus freer flowing exhaust and the Pro Super Tuner will result in more than just a modest bump in performance.

Dont know how that pipe will do, but have seen more than one 110ci w/headwork and THAT CAM with a good 2-1 land in the high 120's to low 130's hp and tq. Passing the 120 mark early and carrying right on out the back. Hope you have a good tuner lined up.
Hillside headwork and the woods cam seems to be a reacurring homerun with these engine combo's.... Be ready to hold on when you get that puppy back together.

Sorry I missed the first bullet point about the head work, you are going to have a screamer on your hands....

I think you're right on the money....all the good parts will be for nothing unless the dyno tune puts all the pieces together with timing that doesn't trigger the knock sensor and an A/F ratio that gives the engine everything it wants at WOT and just enough fuel for good clean combustion that's not too hot at low rpms. A nice clean A/F ratio at 13.2:1 should make for some great performance and a fun, reliable bike. At least that's the plan.

My opinion is that you should send me some of your money. You obviously have too much already. :-) Good luck on that build, sounds like fun!

Wish I could help but my objective is to try and spend as much as possible before Obama and his socialists can steal it from me. I figure if I make the bike fast enough they'll never be able to catch me
