Default 105th Medallion Problems

I have a 2009 105th Anniversary Ultra w/ the Touring Medallion Package. I'm having trouble with the decorative medallions on the transmission and crankcase delaminating from the metal covers. Is anyone else out there having similar issues. Obviously the glue/adhesive is not holding. Thanks.

Try taking some Permatex high temp RTV gasket maker and smearing it on the back of the medallion.

Am I out of the loop? A 2009 105th anniversary?

2008 WAS the 105th Ann. Just because someone puts 105th medallions on a bike does not make it Ann. model.

Default 2008

Thanks to all of you for stating the obvious. My bike is a 2008 and not a 2009. Sorry I forced the two previous posts to waste brain cells debating the possibilities of a 2009 105th Anniversary Bike.

Now back to the original question: Has anyone had similar problems with 2008 105th Anniversary medallions (not the ones standard on the tank, but the ones that were included in the Anniversary Kit - primary, transmission and timer covers?

Thanks.

I don't have the kit, therefore no problem, but I did offer a possible solution above.

Too bad I don't speak Chinese, I could ask the folks that made them if there had been a lot of issues. Seriously, they were made in Shen Zeng, PRC
