They should. The fenders were the same. I know that the 03 uses an 03 pn# for the tank, but I don't know exactly what was changed but I believe it will still fit.

The tank will not work. The 2003 will only have one fuel line fitting hole. 1999-2001 models require 2 fitting holes.

 

As mentioned the fenders will be no problem but your tank is probably a MM fuel injection and the '03 is Delphi. A 2001 Magneti Marelli injected bike will have two fuel line holes in the tank and the Delphi will have only one. Take a look at your bike to be sure.

 

Not all Delphi bikes will only have one hole in the tank. Some early 2002 models got left over MM tanks with one hole plugged. My buddy has one such bike.
