Check the rear axle nut torque on your new bike . .
I was feeling a little more resistance backing my 2010 RG out the garage
than my 2004 RG. I was thinking could it be the anti lock brakes?
So I checked the rear axle nut torque. It was over 240 ft lbs.
I backed it off and set it at 100 ft lbs.
The bike moves more easy now. This could be the cause of early bearing failing.
If the wheel has the proper inner spacer how much the nut is torqued shouldn't matter. The only problem would be a stripped axle. I would double check your bearing endplay.
