On lone trips I have it on CH19 and listen to the truckers. On group rides we use it from time to time. I am trying to get the new members with Ultras to buy a mike or use their headsets. I have a headset that you can use without a helmet. and a mike. Usually use the mike and auto on the stereo system.

did a week with another couple he rides till hes on fumes so it was nice to reel him in for the ocasional butt break,the truckers can be entertaining(especialy if ya let the girls leed)and lane changing on the slab was easier with 3 bikes.

I use mine every time my wife and I ride. Bought a J&M 2003 for her Heritage and she feels much safer being able to talk to me on my ultra. Also use it listening on trips for information.
I don't have a bluetooth but I do have two silver fillings and a gold tooth.. Ha ha

Use it all the time bike to bike and like the others said change to 19 I even use it to talk to the trukers coming off a ramp thanking them for letting me in and or telling them I on the way. You hear some funny conversations on it.
