Default Does anyone actually use the CB?

Do you use your stock CB? It seems like a great idea if there are other riders in your group that have the system; but does anyone use it otherwise? I have a new '09 Ultra and I turned mine on for the first time the other day but have no idea what or who I would possibly talk to. Is it still the same as it was back in the 70's when channel 19 was the "place to be"? You'd think the HD would start a reliable blue tooth option already.

All the time on trips with other bikes. Its fun to go on a trip and have 3 or 4 bikes on the channel and 7 or 8 people talking never a dull moment. Then when you want peace and quiet the on-off switch comes in very handy

I use mine a lot. When we're traveling with other bikes and if I'm alone I will have it on 19 mainly to listen to whats going on ahead of me.

Channel 19 and talk with the truckers. CBs come from the factory on some touring bikes.
I'm really surprised that no one makes and affordable portable CB setup for riders.
I'd like to have a couple to hand out when I ride with others.

I've never had the mic out of the box.

Mercy sakes, looks like we got us a convoy!
