custom color

does any one know if Harley will paint your new bike a custom color , as in a previous model year in my case i want 2001 jade sun glow ? my guess is they do not but maybe I'll get lucky

They told me no.

In fact, even though they paint air filter covers to match your bike they said they would not paint my horn cover to match the bike even while painting the inner fairing that color.

I believe they do have that service; any color back into the '70's, I think.

See page 735 in the new 2010 Accessory Catalog. It shows the HD Spectrum Custom Paint Program. You should be able to get what you want there. Prices aren't bad either. I've had my fenders and tank done thru them a few years ago, and they came out flawless and matched perfectly. Good luck!

I had an 01' Lowrider with Jade, nice color.
