The Chopped Pak looks th ebest to me for a Street Glide. I sold my King Pak I had to a guy in Vegas.

The best I can do "Top Of Pad" to the "Top of the Fender by the seat screw" = 15 1/4"

I really must be getting old. I wouldn't get rid of my king tour pack for nothing.
I use it daily & would really miss the convenience of having it. Of course I unlike
a lot of people use my EGC as my daily driver,so to each his own.
