It's go to go @ Hiway speeds. I can be in 5th doin 70 and turn it 1/2 throttle and look down and I'm doin' 90 or 100 (No strain)
It's smoother than stock. My wife has an 03 FI model (Heritage) it's stock just with pipes & a/clnr and it has the dreaded 70-80 mph "buzz" like mine had . . . But mine is as smooth as glass at 70-85 (or better).
Over 100, it buzzes a little. How often do we go over 100 . . . seriously?
Point being, plenty of roll on power. Thats what I wanted.
Gotta go . . . SOA is on . . . Season premier . . . eeeeeeeeeven.

You know you are so right especially if you are riding with a group.I was riding this weekend with a group it was 10 of us and we were doing 60-65 on up and hell i never got out of 4th gear but we were cruising and it was nice.I think coming back we were around 70-75 so i was in 5th mostly and she was riding nice and strong.

I have SE 203's in my 05 FLHT. Rinehart True Duals, and a Ness Big Sucker with a carb. It came with the cleaner and pipes, and when my mechanic was installing the new tensioner kit @ 22, 500 miles(as you should) the old cams had a small wear mark, so we changed them out. He recommended the 203's, said I'd be faster between stop lights. It does feel a little faster, and sounds a little better, and eats a little more gas. No Dyno #'s, sorry. Is it the ideal setup, probably not. No 2 into 1 pipes, even though I've toyed with that idea, Just like the looks and sound of those true duals. I've never not been able to keep up though.
I would like to hear moslty from those forum members with 203 cams only and who have not and will not be changing from 203 cams out of their bikes.
My set up is in my sig below. Tq/HP from my dyno. I went from stage 1 tc88 to this config at about the 30K mile mark. Based on my riding style, my shop recommended the 203 cams and this config. I could not be happier; won't change it/them. The power curve is very smooth when I want to twist on it. Also, I found that the 203s give a bit of "lope" to the engine at idle -- sounds a bit 'ole school' especially when combined with the TDs.
