lowering your bagger
I have so-lo kit on my bike now. It claims to lower it 1 1/4'inches. Actually it is only lowered by 3/4 of an inch and I must run at least 25psi if I dont want to bottom out riding solo!!! Switching to Draggin Baggers affordable air ride system, or you may opt for the $2400.00 ledgends air-ride system. The one that comes with the lifetime warrenty!!!
The SoLow bracket requires no metal removal or modification of any kind. The only "persuasion" needed was to use the tightening motion of the bolts to ease the bracket onto the swingarm. The alternative would be to use a rubber mallet to tap the bracket, but the bolt tightening caused the bracket to slip on in a straight line. Better than using a mallet.
