Default A little back wheel help please

Before I start let me say that I have a manual on order just have not recieved it yet..ok I have an 07 SG back tire has 10000+ miles needs changed. I removed the tire but failed to notice which direction the spacer on the drive side was positioned. IT has a large side and small side. Does the large side go against the wheel or towards the swingarm ? Im guessing towards the swingarm .. thanks

The side that matches up to the wheel bearings. Larger size towards the bearing if my feeble memory serves me well. good luck

Just the opposite. Larger end goes toward the outside.

I have a 06 RKC and the large end goes toward the swingarm. Here are some specifics for my bike. I "suspect" yours will be the same.

Put a light coat of anti-seize lubricant on the axle, adjust the belt tension (3/16 - 1/4" of deflection with 10 lbs. of force) by moving the adjuster cam on the left side of the axle, tighten the cone nut on the right side to 95-105 ft-lbs.

Here is what I don't understand. If you adjust the cam on the left side, should you not also adjust the one on the right side to keep the wheel tracking straight?

It will move the same as the opposite side as there is a flat on the axle, and the other end is welded. They will adjust together!

Well now I'm embarrassed! I just had my rear wheel off a couple of weeks ago for a new tire and never noticed the flat spot lol. I just marked them with a marker before I took them off and put them back the same. I do remember reading that in the manual tho and thinking, what about the other side? Thanks for the reply.
