No ink on this man. I'm 61 years young and have been riding my whole life. Ink does not make a biker. Riding make a biker. my bike goes where I go and I go where it takes me. Thoose that think they need tats to be a biker need to get out of the tat shops and back on their bike.
No tats and no piercings on this old body. My other love is sailing which I have done my whole life and I heard the same crap from some of the other sailors about not being a "real sailor" unless you have a ring in your ear or a tattoo on your body. Those were the same sailors who never lost sight of land.
got told today im not a real biker since i have no inc.... i scoffed at the guy and said i know many without tats and walked away....
then riding home, i thought, damn, i AM the only one i know without tats...
any other inkless riders out there?
what did the guy look like that said this to you , did he have a bunch of tats walk with a limp dirty nasty jeans a old rusty bike that had to be kick started 20 times with a puddle of oil under the bike ?
Kinda funny, one guy gets put down cause he has no ink, a bunch of forum members apparently pissed about this pass judgment on guys with ink, classifying them as scumbags, relating them to federal prisoners, etc.
I got my first one in '88 serving in the Army, one of my others is the POW/MIA symbol in memory of Vietnam Vets, another is a memorial for fallen soldiers.
Guess I'm a scumbag that could care less what you have inked or don't have inked...
People with Tattoos really do NOT care if you do not have a Tattoo.......
I have heard more opinions/thoughts from people with out Tattoos, Than from people with Tattoos.
Being a Biker means something different to most people - What makes a biker is a personal thing and really can not be defined by someone else - its up to YOU>
If someone tries to tell YOU that you are Not a biker because YOU do not fit Thier image - that is their problem... Be it a Tattoo, a million miles on a bike, ride a Harley, or ride without a helmet or leathers. I ride to please only me - weather I have a Tattoo is my business.
the huy who told you that probably was riding a scooter!
I mean come on, do tattoos make you a biker? Not hardly, and YES I have some 5 to be exact. You know what makes you a biker? Miles on the bike, thats it!
I spend time with some people that I consider friends and "real bikers". Some of them are heavily tattooed, some of them have none. All of them have character, loyalty, and a love of motorcycles. That's what really matters.
